tsunami in the philippines?

last night some part of negros occidental was shocked with a tidal wave or something. i heard this morning that the water from the river over flood and destroyed over 30 houses. some say at first the river went dry. then suddenly the water came bark in rapid. it destroyed houses along the river side. could it be that we are experiencing tsunami in the philippines?

the government said it is called "storm surge". whatever that means a lot of homes were destroyed. it scared the hell out of all filipinos.

How sad that is. I hope our government in Philippines will help them give them temporary shelter and food to eat. Tsunami is scary i hope God will protect us from that nature call.

since you are in the philippines you know quite well that the government doesnt have enough fund for this kind of disasters. how much more if there would really be a big tsunami to hit us right?

yeah. its in the news this morning. i wasnt even near the area but i feel bad for them also.
