I think not. Hair color did not showing the same proper behavior and reaction. I think the most possible answer for this, is a woman who is already attracted to you, by the way you talk, the way you melt the ice-berg, or indeed she is already in love with you at first time. This is just simple samples from any possibilities.

I do hope you are not insinuating that dark haired women are "easier" meaning easier to get them into your bed. That would really be offensive to me, as a dark-haired woman. ;)
