The methods of Wireless Comunication

Hi. I am interested to start a wireless communication into my cell phone. I am using a cell phone with Voip equipped inside it, and it is the first cell phone in the world which has this facilities. In my country not many people know how to do this, so I have to go to the telephone center and ask them how to install a wireless communication facility inside my cellphone. Where are you from?
