What makes a good employer? And what makes a good employee? A good employer treats employees more as equals than as subordinates, knows the strengths and weaknesss of each employee and is aware of when to praise and when to criticize. While a good employee has specialzed knowledge and skill to do his job well, should have the qualities of being honest, hard-working, creative and innovative.

A employer is good when his work speaks for him.He must contribute successfully towards the growth of the company.Till our college life ,we normally study to get good score and satisfy our parents and teachers and of course ourselves. But in a job,the person has to satisfy himself more than anyone else.If he completes the task effectively,he is bound to reach great heights in his/her life.
