that depends if you want to work at night. the pay? better than day jobs. no traffic going in and out of work. but the pay is better. if you get a day job, your salary is not enough even for yourself. here, it makes me pay almost every bill in the house and a little to stash away for savings. but if you like to work bec it is line with your education and tenure of work, then you are looking for a day job.

Yes, working in a call center really fulfilling and exhausting at the same time. Fulfilling in the sense you've been hire because you are good... yes fluency in English or other language is a must! Secondly, the pay is quite high, especially if you're on a night shift or graveyard schedule. plus the incentives, bonus if you reach your goal... But on the other side, exhausting... Obviously, since when everybody sleeping, you are awake. Since, we have difference in time, so most outsourcing job in the Phils. done nighttime. Another one, you are pressure to excel in your job because its a quota job. You have accounts to finish. This is where your bonus and incentives will depend. Well, call center job is in demand and offers right salary. But it requires dedication, assertiveness, patience and above all, discipline.

yes, very exhausting. that is why, spend your basic salary, keep the extras in your savings account. maybe in 5 to 10 years you can retire from a call center and put up your own business, travel, and do what you want to do. i have pity or see that there are many youngsters without work, and do not have the qualification to get a call center work as starters. it is either they do not like working at night, not qualified, or they just do not like to work. it's a pity, bec, if you have work in one call center, you are never out of work, bec you can get a good easier than the others who have not been in one. you are never out of a job. you have money to help your family, pay your bills, and what reach your goals later.

Let me give you an opinion based on real experiences, since i'm working within a Helpdesk Department in IT area, what you may call a Call Center, since our job is primarely answering phone. It deppends on every individual, for me it's a rewarding job since i feel that i really help people with computer problems. The satisfaction is even higher when i receive positive feed-back from the end-user. However it can be frustrating because i know that i have the know-how to do more...
