When do you consider someone good at what they do?

Is there a point at which you would consider someone good at what they do, or is it more of a feeling that they're born to be good at what they do?

I donot think it should be my prerogative to judge whether someone is doing good or bad. As far as I am concerned if a person is good, I am not bothered about his other credentials and I just appreciate for what they have done to me.

I guess they were born to be good in everything they do (smile). It is natural to them and no question to that. It's their fate and it is already written in their palms.
