how can i handle my foes in our office

they were spearding unkind gossip againts me. at this point im just ignoring them. i really dont know what to do... im not sure how long i can handle this situation. i can fight them back since im not into violence.. i dont want to resign, it will be a big lost for me not for them they will just celebrate if i do that..

continue ignoring them. if what are they spreading are pure gossip and there's no truth on it, then you have nothing to be worried about. just continue your usual self and prove to them that they are wrong and that they are just insecure of you. ignoring them is the best way coz if you show that you're affected by them, then you give them satisfaction. if you ignore them they will get tired eventually. ^__^
