AT&T or Verizon

Hello everyone, I currently have a contract with Sprint that is about to expire. I have heard good thingd about both Verizon and AT&T but it is mostly through ads. So I am hoping that some of you that have experience with either carrier could tell me what you like and dislike about either one. Thank You.
