I'm just came back in Italy from London, but I'm counting the time for a new travel. The city of my dreams is Stockholm: the capital of Sweden. I don't not the reason, but I think that this nordic city is the best of the Europe. Maybe I've read someting, maybe it's a my impression: I want to go there of course!! I would like to see how Sweden in general is organised and how the people is "warm" in a cold weather atmosphere. Are there so few crime? Is the people so kind with the other? Is Sweden a model country? From the statistics Sweden appears as the country where all people would like to live for good.. I'm thinking about.. Why don't go in Sweden to live in a better way forever?? What is the language? Is easy to learn? Could anybody tell me more obout Stocholm or Sweden in general?

I went to Sweden when I was 18 years old. I took the boat over there from Finland the country next door where I had been working. I loved seeing the beautiful strets of Stockholm. I stayed in a sailing boat that was a youth hostel. Most of all I liked the old town with its stunning looking buildings. The people in Sweden speak Swedish, but most of them speak English as an additional language. I think Sweden would be a lovely country to live in with a very high standard of living. I don't think the language would be difficult to learn. The summer would be lovely to swim in lakes and walk in the beautiful outdoors with the long light evenings. However in the winter the days are shorter, it getting dark in the late afternoon to early evening. It can get very cold in the months of December and January. I hope that you visit Sweden one day soon and like it as much a I did when I went there.
