How to be a hollywood superstar?

I wonder what makes brad pitt,robert de niro, angelina jolie etc a famous hollywood superstar? is it because of their character, or because of the physical appearance, or their education background?

I don't think many of superstars are really educated.A lot of them have just high scholl.I think it is more about luck, that somebody find them.I am sure ther are so many people out there, who has a talent, but maybe they don't know about it or even if they know, don't have opportunity ti show it.Also I am sure big deal make a physical appearance.Do you want to be a hollywood superstar?
