Your Hair?

I am interested to know when you do your hair do you brush, comb or use a pick? I have not used a comb for years now. It has always been my brush or a pick. Yesterday I bought a new comb and oh what a feeling it is to feel that comb snuggly pulling my hair through the teeth and running along my scalp. It is like a wonderful massage for my scalp. It feels great! So what do you use for dolling your hair?

I use a comb, and have for many years. Not only do I use a comb, but I am a comb fanatic. I have probably at least 200. I love combs of all colors, and I always keep one in my back pants pocket to match the color of my blouse. Not to mention, I have at least 10 or 15 in my purse at all times. I'm not sure why, it's just a fluke, I guess. But if I lose the comb out of pocket, I go frantic, searching for it. lol This is a habit that I've had for many years, and I comb my hair, several times a day, and every time I get up to pee at night. lol I really love my combs. I have a bad case of OCD. lol

Wow that is fantastic! I think, lol; that is one heck of a lot of combs. When I was younger I used a comb all the time except maybe at night when I use to brush it before going to bed. My aunt always said it was healthy for hair to be brushed so I did. Later when I got introduced to the pick I eventually didn't use anything but the pick and a brush with the teeth so far apart that it might as well be a pick.

I brush my hair and then I run a comb through it to shape it and to get out the tangles. I wear my hair down, and it flips at the side. And I comb my hair back to one side. It seems to part straight down the middle, and I have been trying to get it to part at the side, but somehow my hair does not cooperate. I could get it trimmed, but my friend sometimes takes a bit too much off and it makes my face more rounder than it is.

I used to use a comb all the time but recently I started using a brush because I got a haircut, that I hate, and I now have to use a round brush to get it to look somewhat decent. I am growing it back out though and will definitely be going back to a comb.
