dell rocks,dell sucks

Actually what this means is i bought a DELL laptop inspiron 1720 series with the maximum config available .... from USA when it reached me the graphics card was not working and i had a really pain in the *** with it for few days.... for my bad luck after getting the laptop on the first day i had to leave to india. and when i reached india i found there is a problem...since i believed DELL is the best for customer service... i called them up and had a chat with their representative who tried to sort out the problem thru online control of my system.. then after him around 15 representatives tried the same with my laptop for the following 5 days...on the fifth day i lost my patience and asked them to take back the laptop and send me a replacement to which they replied i should return it to AMERICA which was not possible for me ...Even though they had a branch in India they told me they cant i was in real trouble....i called up indian DELL and talked to them first they told me they cant help me ...then i told them i am going to make negative publicity about dell with this issue...then they contacted USA and then contacted me and told me they can send a replacement of motherboard and graphics card which i had to agree without any choice ...and so is the story they send me replacement of the part and now i am using it without any problem....

At least they have showed their reliable integrity customer service. But in my case DELL customer service really works for me and never fails to settle my problem, so far.

that is why i titled the topic Both Sucks and Rules....I have heard a lot good actually very good about DELL and i still love DELL ....even after having this issue i have suggested DELL for my friend who has infact ordered the system a few days back...
