The mascot for the college in my town is a tiger. Fans show spirit on the way to games by hanging a tiger tail out of their trunk. My husband recently told me that other schools do that for their rivals - showing that they've locked up the rivals mascot in the trunk. I never thought of it that way before because whenever I see a car with a tiger tail it is also plastered with stickers, magnets, and flags for the same school. And I had always thought of it as this family has so much spirit even the car's grown a tail. Now, I've begun to look at the tails a little differently. Which way do you show spirit? Do you display your school's mascot or lock up your rival?

In high school we had the Indian Mascot. The head cheerleader dresses up as the head indian which she is our mascot. We paint our faces, have fethers in our hair. The whole town gose all out, expecially for homecomming.
