Human skin is suppose to excrete sweat, anti- perspirant of course stops this simple, yet very important process... so if it's bad what to put underarms to avoid bad odor?

I wouldn't necessarily say that it is bad to use. Yes you do need to sweat out, but it's also very embarrassing for people that sweat excessively so anti persperant can be a good thing so you don't have the sweat marks underneath your shirts.

I used to wear these products since I'm in high school. But now, I'm trying to reduce usage because most deodorants or antiperspirant darkens the underarm. Nevertheless, to avoid embarrassment, I think using deodorants and antiperspirants are necessary especially when you go out under the sun and be in a crowded place.
