I havent been able to ..if u can tell me how i can also remeber my dream.

I usually remember most of my dreams. Sometimes I get confused if they have really happened or not....that's how real they are. If you have an alarm clock waking you up when you are in deep sleep you will probably interupt one and remember it.

Keep a pen and paper beside your bed, and write what you remember before you get up out of bed.
