Comments on Paid email. Any paid survey paying with paypal?

I started a dicussion ealier asking about any good paid to read email. However, from most of the site that I observed, southeast asia countries usually could not particple in these program. So any suggustions from you guys/gals any good paid to read email sites or maybe paid surveys that I can join?
