Have you ever been screwed up during an eBay transaction????

I have had people bid on items im selling and then dissapear and never pay but I have only been ripped off once when I was first learning to use ebay I bought a Tom Petty CD and when I received it it was a burned copy instead of the original. After that happened I made sure I always pay thru PalPal only and I have not been ripped off since. That way if I dont receive my item or I receive something that isnt as it was described I just file a dispute thru paypal and so far I have gotten a refund everytime needed.

This is usually a scam and they are cheating to run the price up. Ebay is getting bad and there are ways to build up your feedback rating to fool others.

I am both a buyer and a seller on eBay and after many years I have only ever had two occasions where I was ripped off. One one occasion I bid for and won a computer game for my son. I paid immediately via PayPal but never received the game. The seller was a scammer and vanished with my money. I made a claim but received no refund. The second time I sold a boxed cd set to a buyer who said he would send me a cheque. I waited and waited, no cheque, I sent a reminder, still no cheque. Finally I lodged a non paying bidder claim and the guy had the nerve to leave me a negative feedback saying I refused to send the cd set. I responded with a calm and factual comment, *buyer didn't pay*

Yes, I have had some bad ebay experiences, but very few. I did have a few buyers who never paid for my artwork they bid on. This was extremely annoying when it happened a couple of years ago.
