Has anyone wonder why we brush teeth in the morning BEFORE we eat anything??? I mean, isn't it better that we brush teeth AFTER we eat? like what we do at night??!

I'd say it's more of a morning breath issue!

but if you don't talk to anybody before finishing breakfast. The morning breath does not really matter, right?

I brush my teeth every night before going to bed so I just gargle with cold water after I get up in the following morning. I usually brush my teeth after I have taken my breakfast.

Yes that makes more sense. I actually brush my teeth before and after I eat breakfast. I brush my teeth a few times throughout the day as well. I am hoping they will get whiter lol, without overbrushing them.

For me, I wanted my breath to be fresh so I brush my teeth first. Although we brush our teeth at night, after long hours of sleep your teeth may not be clean so it's better to brush your teeth first before eating.
