What does this mean "I bleed blue and gold, go bears." I have no idea about this, when I read it from many articles. Please tell me the meaning if you now it. Thanks.

Well I guess it means who ever the Bears are their team colours are blue and gold and these people are so passionate about their team they are jokingly saying they have blue and gold blood a little like I love chcocolate so much I could say I have chocolate running through my veins instead of blood...just a joke I think....
