Yes, yet again another paranormal topic from me. It's spookey time in RiptideVille!
Well,after all it is the month of spookeyness :P
I found this story,after browsing one of my favorite sites,which I find a bit disturbing and also scarey.

As a Wiccan, I believe in the power of spells, but find they are more like a wiccans form of prayer.
I was always under the impression, bad spells,which are absolutely taboo to a true wiccan, only work if the person they are meant for knows about it and believes in it.
Do you think something like in this story is possible and have you ever heard or experienced something similar?
