Anybody know which season did Richard Dean Anderson pull off from Stargate SG-1? / myLot

I like him play as Jack very much, but i not so sure when did he pull off from Stargate SG1, can anybody tell me on tat? Thanks alot

He left after season 8. He's been back a couple times to guest star on both SG1 and Atlantis.

Thanks for doing this discussion atleast we know now since I am a big Fan of Richard Dean Anderson. his role there as Major General Jack O'Neill brought more the star in him.

I'm glad you got some feedback on the exact season :) I was going to say, as for the exact episode when he really stopped showing up, he said something along these lines as one of his last phrases, that might help you narrow down your search a bit more. "How can I stick it to the man, if i'm the man?" One of my favorite stargate quotes everr! haha, hope this helps if not a lot, at least a little!
