This Saturday, muslims all over the world will be celebrating Eid ul-Fitr. It marks the end of Ramadhan, the Fasting Month - during which the muslims fast during the day, and only eat and drink after sunset. This is one of 'looked-forward' holidays in our country - most business, offices, schools, colleges will be closed for a quite number of days to allow everyone to go back to their hometowns to celebrate with their families. Unfortunately, it is also during this holidays that we hear of sooooo many fatal road accidents. Every year, many have died, mostly due to their own negligence in their rush to go home for the holidays. I just hope this year the number of fatalities will not rise higher than the previous years. So, to all my fellow mylotters who celebrate Eid ul-Fitr.... May you you have a wonderful and meaningful Eid ul-Fitr. And if you are travelling this holidays.. travel safely... please...

I think, it is not too late for me to wishing you happy EID ul FITR too. As long my writing in mylot, you are the first talking about this Eid. Maybe other members forgot to talk about it because too busy about other things. This year is the happiest celebration that my family ever made. Maybe because I have leave my family and village and stay with my older sister. so, we have no meet for a long time. Hope you also have the happy celebration with your family. **prettyhanan**
