Any sites that generate a passive income?

Hello. I've been looking for some sites that are good at generating a constant income without much maintenence effort, or any ideas. Do you guys know of any methods to get some passive residual income? For me, it's probably Michael Badger's site (link in my profile). It looks pretty awesome, check it out!
