Clixsense : how do I get my payment

I reached my payout of $10 with clixsense but I don't know how to get it. I know they pay by check but I have not found any option to request my payment. I have reached my minimum amount few days ago but it's just sitting there.
How do you get your payment with clixsense? Thank you!

I have raised mine to $20 because of the fee.I have been paid twice before so don't worry about getting paid you will get it.

is clixsense really send check even if your loacated in asia philippines? i have more that10$ too. and anyone know what is the benefits if you will be upgraded to premium account?
