What's your favorite flavor? Mine is Roast Chicken. When my daughter makes her's she melts peanut butter and mixes it with the flavor packet, adds the noodles with no water but she uses a small amount of milk, mixes that all up and eats. It smells pretty good but I'm afraid to taste. I sometimes put hot sauce and shredded cheese on mine. How do you make yours. I would like to hear different ways to make Raman Noodles.

the only time I eat them is in Ramen salad. I use the oriental flavor. RAMEN CABBAGE SALAD 1 lg. head cabbage, chopped or 2 pkgs coleslaw 4 green onions, chopped 4 T sliced almonds 2 pkgs Ramen noodles, crushed 1/2 c. olive oil 4 T sesame seeds 4 T sugar 3/4 T salt 3/4 T pepper 6 tsp rice vinegar Place first 4 ingredients in salad bowl and mix. Saute sesame seeds in olive oil. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and rice vinegar. Mix and toss with salad.

Wow That sounds really good, but I'm not a really good cook so do you use the noodles cooked or uncooked and what do you do with the flavor packet? Thanks for the recipe.

the noodles are uncooked. they soften after being tossed with the dressing. mix the seasoning packet in with the dressing.

I cook the noodles in the water and then strain it all out so it's just the noodles. I saute red onions and peppers and mix them in with the cooked noodles and then put the sauce on and mix it all together.

I use shredded cheese on mine my step dad used to make it on the stove and just when the noodles were done he would add a beaten egg. And it was kinda like egg flower soup it's really good when your sick and want something warm an soothing. -Amber

Both my daughters take packets to school and have them as a snack as if they were eating a packet of chips. My daughters are aged 18 and 6yrs and I certainly didn't teach them to eat the noodles like this. They just open the packet and sprinkle the flavouring - usually beef and munch away

I eat the raman noodles with very little water and puts lots of butter with parmasean cheese. I would say my favorite flavor is chicken. I havent been eating it lately because of all the salt in it. But its very good.LOL

I like the beef flavor. I don't do too much extra to it, other than following the instructions on the package. Sometimes I do add a little extra spices to it. Mrs. Dash's table blend is pretty much my favorite thing at the moment, so it goes on just about everything I eat. =P My husband made me ramen noodles with clove on it before, and that was really good. Very different, but good! I've thought of adding other ingredients other than just spices, but usually if I'm eating ramen it's because I'm too lazy to do too much cooking.

Mrs. Dash and cloves sounds pretty good. Yep they are fast to cook for a quick lunch or after dinner snack.
