I was sitting here just thinking about a comment I found. It says GOD MAKES MIRACLES EVERY DAY. WE JUST HAVE TO TRAIN OUR EYES TO SEE THEM. This really got me to thinking. There are so many miracles right before our eyes and we just look at them and take them for granted. We look right through them or just expect to see them. Well, now that is a miracle in itself, we can see at all! We can hear the sounds of birds or the chirping of crickets, or the sweet sound of our grandbaby laughing. Awwwwwwwww! What a miracle. Well, there is another miracle..a baby! The miracle of childbirth. The miracle of how the wild animals have the built-in instincts to take care of themselves. Should I go on? This is just a drop in a bucket to all the miracles that are coming to my mind.
Wow! I am challenging each one of you, my friends, to open your eyes in the morning or just now as your are reading this and see those miracles. Think of all those miracles that we just casually notice! My goodness! Each breath is a miracle!!! This has really touched my heart on how I have ....oh my.... another miracle... our heart beating, blood pumping through our veins and arteries and just how the mind can think. Is this getting to you as it has me? Oh, there are so many miracles!!!
So I challenge you to comment back to me miracles that your eyes have been opened to after training your eyes to see them. Praise God that He is the MIRACLE WORKER!

All I can add is that to my way of seeing things, the Universe is a miricle and that includes everything within it. Every little thing is magic and holds some sort of power. We only need be aware of where we are right now and see the miracles that is life.

there are indeed so many miracles surrounding us each and everyday. we have to acknowledge them as so.
my mom always tells me that God speaks to us always, we just have to listen. i believe He speaks to us in a whisper, as He is such a gentle being and is calm and quiet. our everyday lives are always so hustle bustle, we are on such a higher octive. but He's always there. so sometimes i think He tries to get our attention in the ways you mentioned, and by a baby's laughter, or the sun rising, or flowers blooming, a butterfly fluttering across your path. it makes us stop, and as we stop we should say, "i hear you Lord, and i thank you for today". AT least to say that much!!

Amen! to all what you said.. you said it perfectly.. but there are many more as you mentioned.. tis is only a drop of water in a bucket. As for me.. every morning when i open my eye.. its a miracle, i pray to GOD for giveing another beautiful day and always asked HIM to bless the day.. and so on.
God Give us everything that you can think off. Thanks HIM and surely He will bless you.

God indeed makes miracles every single day,every breath of ours is a miracle,evry baby is a miracle baby,every grain of sand belw our feet is the product of the Miraculous works of God.

Everything around us are more than miracle, actually they are all pictures of GOD's power. I can say it is boundless. While i am reading your comment, the first thing came to my mind is breathing. We cant live without it. And i think it is one of the first thing which shows God's power.

Most of us expect miracles to be something dramatic and moving...like the dancing sun, or healing of the sick, or tears of blood from a saint's eyes and so on. Little do we realize that miracles do happen everyday...I agree with you...the birth of a child is a miracle! The blooming flowers, the food on our table, the smile of a friend, the rising and setting of the sun, etc...all these are God's miracle which we all fail to acknowledge and tnank God for. Even the cry of a baby and the warmth of a hug by a loved one are manifestations of a miracle. We are grateful to God for the beautiful rainbow painted in the sky, the sun shining brightly each day, the magnificent waterfalls, the water that we drink, etc.

You are right. It is the little ones that we don't seem to look for and we take for granted. Isn't it awesome when we do stop! and look for those "small miracles" which aren't small at all! Thanks so much for commenting and God bless and have a glorious day.

Hi mamacathie! I think, the first miracle today with me is I woke up and had another chance to see the wonder in this life and make the most of my life today and just enjoy the love around me. The chance of like being reborn in each waking day is like a miracle for me. Also, the second miracle is I have come across your topic and I felt a miracle worked within me, telling me that life is beautiful. Thanks for making me see once again in a different light for I have taken this for granted for a very long time now. Take care and have a nice day.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, the first miracle for me is the see the sun shining beautifully thru the trees in our backyard. It is such a beauty to the eyes. Then I look at my fish in the aquarium, the miracle of them just swimming around in the water. We don't have to look far to see a miracle do we? God bless and have a glorious day.
