Do you like or dislike people that answer a question, with a question?

I was just curious. It doesn't really bother me when I ask a question to somebody and they answer with another question. What about you, what're your thoughts on this and does it bug you, or not really?

same with you it doesn't bother me also. maybe, that's the way they start discussion or maybe they don't really the answer to your questions.
