Recieved this email today saying that I won a prized of GBP 84,500 for the months of october by Yahoo Awards and Window Lives. They even gave me the address of Yahoo awards center and the Batch number, reference number and pin numbers fo the award. Anyone here know anything about yahoo awards center. Can't see any url, just ask me to sent my personal info. How true is this? Because I don't know anythint about Yahoo awards center, anybody came across this before?

Hello, I've just got pretty much the same email. Although they're telling me I've won 485,000 GBP. I don't know anything about it...have you heard anything? Please let me know.

Hi, lynnchua. I get heaps of different types of scams everyday, and they all get deleted without another thought. Anything that asks for your personal details is definitely sus, and I have noticed more and more are starting to use trusted names like yahoo, to try and con people. Personally, I'd be thinking it's a scam, and wouldn't give them any personal info!
