Do you have any good and quick ways to lose weihght?

How to be thinner, a little thinner?That is a problem that is always hunting me.I want to have a good figure as most girls,but I am a failure,I tried lots of means, inclouding medicine ,jogging,swimming,be on a diet and so on.I am almost desperate,what can I do?

Hello fishtear! First of all, welcome to mylot. Don’t lose hope my friend. There is always a remedy for any problems. From what you’ve mentioned above, it is already a good start of practicing some good habits that are indeed very helpful in reducing some weight. There is no such thing as a quick method of reducing weight. You should really undergo some long-term methods of losing and burning cholesterol in your body. I advised you to eat vegetables always such as green leafy vegetables. Always drink a lot of water especially if you’re exercising regularly so that you will regain the water that was lost or perspired during exercise. Sleep at least eight hours a day. Of course, exercise regularly. Much better if you’re going to jog for how many kilometers in the morning. Always practice a habit of controlling yourself of eating meat and other sweet foods such as chocolate, ice cream, cheese, etc., as these may cause to add some cholesterol in your body. That’s it. i was also fat when i was in college but then i did my best to lose weight and the only thing that helped me lose weight was a slimming tea from china. i do not know if in your country you have slimming teas but here we have many. i did not continue using it when i reached my desired weight cause it ha side effects too.
