e-Administration is a web enabled, platform neutral, paperless communication and collaboration tool that can integrate an entire community of users, for self administration of their activities. It can help to register citizens uniquely, create a database of citizens and help to identify their health, education, skill training, employment, earnings, assets, liabilities, social security, etc. practically all life activities from birth to death. It can help to create a level playing field, introduce total transparency and accountability, alleviate poverty and achieve all round peace and prosperity. I invite comments from interested members, their views on creating all round peace and prosperity.
