Some time we get up at mid night and could not sleep again. Why does it happen? How could we stop this habit?

Do you sleep in the afternoon? If so, it can reduce your sleepiness at night. I advised that you drink milk at night so that you will be able to sleep longer. You could also drink some cold orange juice after dinner. Avoid coffee as much as possible. Have a nice day and God speed!

Hi sheenshaukat! i think that's not a habbit,it's just morree on psychological thing and can be reversed thru physiological response of our system,why don't you eat a light meal in the evening and have some apple scent in your room,that may help you sleep deeply and incessantly until morning...
