Don't you hate when you start doing a tune up on your car and someone who is helping is pulling off spark plug wires left and right. I have an 84 cutlass supreme w/ 3.8L VIN A eng. Just wondering if anyone would happen to have firing order and dist. cap order schematics. Help would be greatly appreciated.

If your standing at the front by the grill, your number one plug wire should go into the dist at about the 10 o clock position, your left bank is 2 4 6 and right is 1 3 5, the distributor rotates clockwise, timing order is 165432. I hope this helps you! Take care Jcintron.

Thank you very much for your advice. I also got brave and replace the cap and rotor( in which I had to swap the old coil into the new cap. Easy As PIE! BIG Help.
