Yep , this kinda solution for a lot of users who don't reside in the USA , how do you think they gonna get paid via the sent CHECKS???
There would be noway to get a cent from it , but how about selling it to USA residents or those who can cash it on their countries!?
If you find somebody selling his $10 account for a $6 PAYPAL would you buy it?
