What would have happened if the US didn't already have the draft in place when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor? Luckily there were already thousands of armed forces in the Navy, Military, Air force etc. and hundreds of Americans who were drafted and in training camps when it happened. What would have happened if we didn't have all the military ready?
