Do you have a great coffee drink recipe?

I love to make new and fun coffee and espresso drinks, any ideas? Or if you want an idea, I am a pretty awesome barista...so I could give you some ideas if you want to try something new at your neighborhood coffee shop.

This is not really a coffee recipe, but I have gotten to the point where I cannot drink coffee without it! I use the vanilla coffee syrup, equal (instead of sugar), and milk. I got hooked on the white chocolate mochas at Starbucks and just couldn't brink myself to fork out $3 a cup. So I decided to try the syrup stuff and it's very tasty! If you haven't tried it, you should. There's all kinds of varieties. I've tried the white chocolate, but still like the vanilla better.

Is it the kind of syrup they use at Starbucks? How much do you use? I like vanilla and hazelnut syrup together, it tastes just like french vanilla.
