Do you believe in that saying. They say a happy person can live longer than others. Do you think such a notion is true? If so, what is your point of view on it?

I believe it is mostly true. People who are happy most of the time aren't as stressed out, so their blood pressure isn't as high and their nerves aren't as taxed, which can shorten a lifespan. Of course, happy people are just as susceptible to accidental injuries and deaths, as well as things like secondhand smoke, poisoning, etc.

Well... if you can keep yourself happy it will definitely help to see off life smoothly, and once you have a smooth life you tend to live longer, so you could indirectly say that the saying "Happy person can live longer than others" is true. If you can stay happy it shows your abundance and people with abundance naturally live longer than those without them .... so the answer is simple, better breeds live longer than the not so better ones!

like in the song it says dont worry be happy. Here is a little song I wrote You might want to sing it note for note Don't worry be happy In every life we have some trouble When you worry you make it double Don't worry, be happy...... Ain't got no place to lay your head Somebody came and took your bed Don't worry, be happy The land lord say your rent is late He may have to litigate Don't worry, be happy Lood at me I am happy Don't worry, be happy Here I give you my phone number When you worry call me I make you happy Don't worry, be happy Ain't got no cash, ain't got no style Ain't got not girl to make you smile But don't worry be happy Cause when you worry Your face will frown And that will bring everybody down So don't worry, be happy (now)..... There is this little song I wrote I hope you learn it note for note Like good little children Don't worry, be happy Listen to what I say In your life expect some trouble But when you worry You make it double Don't worry, be happy...... Don't worry don't do it, be happy Put a smile on your face Don't bring everybody down like this Don't worry, it will soon past Whatever it is Don't worry, be happy

"HAPPY MAN LIVES LONGER" I think someone have said it correct. Happy man lives longer and a healthier life. In this world, taking tensions and headache are common for an ordinary man. Taking tensions results in depressions and other diseases. Man who dont take much tension and live the life happily and calmly surely lives longer free from such diseases........ Also happy man, most important of all, enjoys every second of his life making his life beautiful and cheerful. So, I think one should be happy in his/her life and handle the problems calmly without taking tensions......

I do believe that happy people live longer - but in particular they live longer, healthier lives - not just longer lives. I would rather be happier and earlier anyway though!

No i dont quite believe so rather i feel that it only means that the life she lives she would be enjoying it and would not feel life a burden for herself. One thing could be possible that such a person would have heigher fighting capacity and will power if she falls sick or is suffering from some serious problems.

There is no pure statistical data to prove that notion, it is only an assumption and a motivation move to anybody when they are in sad situation. To cheers them up, so, that assumption play a role to cast out their bad mood from their mind and body.
