E-bay and Formula Coupons

Hello there everybody
I want to ask you all a question.
Today I have sold $25 worth of Nestle Good Start Formula Coupons. Guess what? I have sold it for $23.85.
I want to know if someone can explain why would anyone pay $23.85 for $25 worth of coupons?
If you go to the store and try to use them to buy formula you will get only $1.15 of savings
Can anyone explain?
