Dizzy Spell

Phew had a bad dizzy spell while I was sitting on my computer, kinda scared me. Athough I have had it before it was like being drunk, my head was kinda felt woozy and sick and off balance. Alful feeling, dont know what caused it. I know I have been diagnosed with vasal vagal by doctor, dont know if that was it. Might have to mention it to my doctor next time I go.

I too have had dizzy spells lately. It has been consistently bugging me since September. I hope there's nothing serious or whatever. Gosh!
