I rarely go to depression. If something terrible happens, if it is temporarily not repairable, then I get into depression but I recover with some positive thinking, with the help of friends and relatives advice. Also if one constantly feeds him mind with positive thinking especially by telling mind that you can overcome difficulties, it is possible to get out of depression.

When I get angry on a person, I sm spoiling two minds. One when I target on some one, his mind is distrubed and having uttered some nonesense in the fit of anger, I also spoil my mind. Why it should happen. What happens if I do not get angry? Nthing is lost in the world. In fact if you do not get angry, the targeted person surrenders easily, I mean there will not be room for verbal or fist exchange. Secondly it is not worth getting depressed. What are we going to achieve by going into depression. Everyone in the family are amazed looking at me because I do not even go for deep thinking. Sometimes I get a feeling certain things cannot be done, if I am not there. Nothing of that sort. things go on without me. Therefore everything can wait in this world, except opportunity to earn. Because if you do not earn, the manhours for it is lost. Try to be as calm as possible, plan things carefully, treat everyone surrounding you are lovable persons, no one has right to get anger and loose temper and speak bad words. Temper is such a valuable thing, we should keep it with outselves, not lashing it out. So my request to you is you try your best to do best things, explain to others to do their best (particularly when they are doing it for you). If they fall short of your expectation, tell them in plain words softly. NOT GETTING ANGER is a skill to be developed and if you are successful, your life is full of joy. There was guy who called the other guy as b a s t a r d . The other guy cooly said, You called me b a s t a r d? That is not my mistake. What a cool answer. One fellow went to a newspaper office, holding a copy of their newspaper and told the editor: You stupid writers, your paper nowadays is going to dogs!!. After see the paper in the complianant's hand, the editor coolly said: "After seeing the paper in your hand, yes, it is really going to dogs."

I was diagnosed with clinical depression several years ago and getting diagnosed was my life saver because then it could be dealt with. I take daily medication which does not turn me into a zombie or anything but just enables me to react to things like people who those who dont have depression would. I still get hurt easily and get depressed but now I have the ability to rationalise and get over the hurt much quicker. the depression does not dominate my life anymore. Positive thinking is definately something we all need to practice, especially those with depression. Do things that are simple that you enjoy and give you pleasure like reading or walking or whatever it is. Exercise stimulates the part of the brain that helps us recover from depression so is very important too.
