How many times do you drink milk a day?

I drink milk 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening. As I know, some people regard milk as freshwater and they drink it when feeling thirsty. How about you?

I seldom take plain milk unless I couldn’t go into sleep during bedtime. If this were to happen I will then take a glassful of hot milk so as to make me get to sleep soundly. I like to drink hot coffee or hot milo with two to three teaspoons of milk powder added in to it.
