How do you EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS?

Expressing your feelings simply means giving some kind of release to them. Expresssion can be verbal (talking them out) or nonvervl (acting them out). Talking to another person can be risky,good listeners are hard to come by. The person who will aloow you to express yourself without taking sides or offering you unwanted advice is extending rare. Most people do not know how to help by simply listening. But if you know someone who does, by all means talk to that person. Make a diary or journal, or write a long letter and fill it with all the things you are going through. Don't hold back or try to be polite.Since you are not going to mail the letter it does not matter what you say. Be as angry, as hateful, or as depressed as you wish.You are only putting words on paper, and the paper does not matter. You are doing it for the release it brings. Whether you choose to talk out your feelings or write them outthe main thing to remember is that by giving yourself to the task you can openchannels within yourself that are usually closed. 8In opening then you can let your feelings to begin to flow. Another way to let feelings flow is through action. In the say way, punding your fist into pillows are giving words to your feeling is very effective.

Expressing our feelings does help in defusing tension and stress. Whenever I feel stressed out or bogged down by certain problems I will usually end up talking to a close friend. I have learnt from bad experience that we indeed need to choose who we want to talk to. Not everyone will be able to help when we talk to them. Some dole out advice without first understanding where we are coming from with the result that we feel even more frustrated than before we talked to them. I also used to write my feelings in my diary and vent my frustrations that way. Unfortunately I have also used negative ways to vent my feelings which was destructive to my health ultimately. Ultimately if our goal is to make ourselves feel better and stronger to face our problems then we really need to choose the right way to express them.

Hi, I hope one's communication skill and presentation skill makes other to know his inner feelings. Those body languages and its expressions on face, verbal communication effect all these may project the inner feelings. The control on mind and use of brain in proper way also gives the answer were to project these feelings. I hope brain funcions a big role in expressing feelings.
