Will Jay-Z's "American Gangster" album outdo Kingdom Come?

Do you think the new Jay-Z album coming out will be better than his "comeback attempt", Kingdom Come? I think from what I've heard of the few tracks on the internet it could be the hottest rap album out since Kanye West's Graduation..

I sure hope it does. I was not that impressed with Kingdom Come. I just never got into it. It didn't feel like his other work. Seemed like he decided he wanted to come back and just put something out there. I haven't heard anything off the new album yet, but I'm probably going to pick it up. When does it come out?

Last date I saw for this album release was November 2, but as we know rap albums get pushed around alot..It's supposed to come out around the same time the AMerican Gangster movie with Denzel Washington comes out.

Jay z 's album shud be gold or platinum for sure..tho i dont think it would be able to out do kyne west graduation in sale..or 50 cents curtis still it shud do good ^.^ Teh blue magic@

I loved Kingdom Come, but it definitely wasn't his best work ever (The Blueprint IMHO). But the two tracks I've heard from American Gangster (Blue Magic and Roc Boys) are FIYAH! I will definitely be copping AG when it drops. Also trying to get tickets to see him in B-More (Philly is sold out :( )
