Ethics in business.

We have recently seen that Nokia has called back the stock of battery which was found to be defective. It was only after some serious accidents. However, many products are there in markets which are not of good quality and still the manufacturer does not call them back just because nothing serious has happened with it. Do we not have business ethics?
