Insomnia

Does anyone else have insomnia? Mine isn't terribly bad but I have to fall asleep to the tv. So if my husband has already gone to bed and if it is a work night then I watch tv in the living room. Sometimes I will think I am tired and still can't sleep so I go back out to watch tv until I am almost so tired I am nauseated. What do you do?

I am not facing insomnia, but as a healer I am i nterested in such a thing which is important as well as could be treated with non medicinal processes: Walking in your galary or drawing room would be good to invite the sleep if watching TV could be put aside! Most effective thing is creative visualization with seeing yourself ina dreamy area of yours! But it should be treated with real sense of creativity and visualization would be so immense that one can really feel fine with sleep! The third and upmost is meditation. Just gather yourself, centralized and concentration on your relaxing point with a concept that you are reaching there and getting sleep positively! I think yours is little severe and you will surely do one of the thing better and will have good sleep then....

insomnia?!...yes i do suffer from insomnia...i don't what causes that one...when i have insomnia i usually read boks until sleep comes over me or listen to soft music to soothe me so that i'll be able to rest my eyes... when things getting worst i drink milk and promise myself stay from soft drinks because i think that is one of the reason why i got insomnia.
