do you always have nightmare?

it's always said that what people dream during sleeping has something to do with what they are doing and thinking during day.
for example, someone may have nightmare when they see some horrible things happened during day?
do you think so?
have you ever had a nightmare? how did that happen to you ?

no i don't have nightmares. not even once. isome people do. smoe people can't really sleep nicely at night. i hear some storeis having a lot of night mares. but most of them have some trauma that they have been through. though i have so many problems in life but i have not experienced so much trauma in life that will cause me to have nightmares at night.

When I've had a nightmare I don't remember having anything horrible happen during the day or seeing anything horrible. Though my regular dreams usually have something from my day in them. My most recent nightmare was of my daughter falling down the steps. I ran down to get her and she was limp. Then I tried to get her to the hospital but I all of the sudden had no car. My daughter has never fallen down the steps, so it wasn't something I've seen, I guess its just a fear of mine.
