'Transformers' the tv series

Hi everyone, I recently purchased Transformers the movie and it really brought back memories of what might of been my favorite cartoon as a kid. As my wife and i were watching the movie we were both trying to figure out the name of the red sports car from the tv series. This is actually really starting to bother me and I'm losing sleep over it. Just kidding. I Googled it by ten different search terms and couldn't find anything relevant. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. Jimmy c.
