lets talk business for starters? I just met someone who started online advise for a flower website based in LA and he is making 50000 a month by sitting on the net for 5 hours at night

I'm from China.I 'm a startet in international business.Well, I think it is difficult. During past time, I have communicated with foreigner several times,but all failed. In my opinion, business people on net are almost believe the other. They just chat with each other. After that , thing is over.So I fell upset.I want some one can give me advise. How to make international business on net sucessfully!
