Please guys HELP ME!

I have these ACNE and it is getting worst, what should do about this? I have gone to many dermatologist but they are only giving me benzoyl peroxide and iso tretinoin creams and that doesn't work. I don't want to go back to them anymore it so expensive for a student like me. please guys, share with me your secrets. this thing really puts myself DOWN. I don't know what to do! I want to be handsome too like them.

Try to undergo a cleansing diet. Eat raw fruits and raw vegetables plus plenty of water. No sugar, oil intake. It will make you healthy, get clean skin, acquire self-discipline. It is not expensive. Good luck to you!
