Loosing wight

Well, since most things has changed in my life I also decided to change my wight and loose all the extra wight that I have put on the last few years. Anyways... I have decided to go with the GI-method (dont know if thats the name in english) it means that you cut of most carbs... Anyways, I started monday and the scale has already gone down 3 KG - wich is common for the first week Ive heard.. anyways - i am positive about it and I just wanted to share and also hear if you have any tips on the way?
