Animals on the Street

About two days ago we were driving down the road on our way to drop our son at school when we noticed a white pony lying dead in the ditch. Apparently a vehicle had struck and killed it. We noticed even today (two days later) that it had been dragged onto the owner's property and is really beginning to smell BAD! What do you think the owners should do with the carcass?

Usually around here sometimes the garbage guys will pick up small animals but the big ones the buzzards eat. If I was the owner of the horse I would bury it or haul it out to the woods and let the wild animals eat it. Sounds cruel too cruel maybe i would just bury it lol. -Amber
